E-mail and forum for help and language support for our fleet mates

 

Hello everyone!

Maybe you don't know that... The Kirk Offensive Fleet has an e-mail address and a forum too.

Why an e-mail?

The e-mail is a useful tool for any kind of communication: we have added a contact form to the homepage, in order to let anyone write us.

Using the contact form, you can communicate with us when you're unable to access the game and need assistance, if you're on holiday and need to let us know (and be sure that the message will be 100% seen), if you need help on the game and can't find it when you're online and even if you want just to say hello.

The e-mail address is an emergency tool as well as a way to write your thoughts without your message being deleted in the fleet chat after some hours. 

Non-English--speaking players help desk

Some of us are not English speakers. We are from a lot of different countries and sometimes someone needs help to well understand  what is written in the game or what other fleet mates have said.

Using our contact form will let you know through an automatic reply which fleet mate can help you because he is a native speaker of your language or can just understand you.

As soon as your e-mail is received, we will try to answer as soon as possible.

You will receive a list of fleet mates who can speak or understand the following languages:

• Dutch
• French
• Italian
• Spanish
• German
• Bosnian & Croatian
• Polish
• Russian
• Portoguese

If you're a native speaker of any other language not listed above, please feel free to contact us!

No one in our fleet will ever left behind.

And the forum?

When we discuss on the fleet chat on the game, we always loose important messages after some time. There's no way to retrieve them anymore.

Many of us have very interesting things to say but sometimes we can't read anything because we lost the message. This is why we created a forum for the fleet, using Google groups. Every thread will be registered, nothing will be lost.

We will be able to talk about everything anytime.

How to subscribe to the forum?

The forum is dedicated to our fleet members, so an invitation is needed.

Write us using the contact form and provide your Fleet name and an e-mail address in order to get your invitation.
